We are not responsible if, for any reason, this site is unavailable for a certain period of time. We may occasionally restrict access to certain areas of this website. Some links on this website may lead to external websites, when you click on these links, you will leave the Traditum.pt website and we will not have any control over these websites, and we will not accept any responsibility for the material on them.
To place an order, you must be over 18 years of age and undertake to provide true data that will allow the successful processing of your order.
We try to keep our product offering up to date on our website through the daily management of stocks and inventories. However, due to the impossibility of guaranteeing 100% real-time updating of our online stocks, all orders are subject to physical confirmation of stock.
In case any of the products you order is not in stock, we will suggest taking your replacement preferences into consideration or waiting for stock replacement.
Traditum.pt will contact you to propose a replacement for an alternative product suggested by Traditum.pt. The price invoiced will be that of the replacement product and not the one originally ordered.
If we are unable to make any replacement, the missing product will not be delivered or billed (you can always confirm it on your invoice).
Traditum.pt will contact you when your preferred product comes into stock.
Shipping & Deliveries
Delivery of products ordered online will be made via Correos Express, CTT or GLS.
We send the products in 2 to 5 business days, after confirmation of payment.
Orders that are not paid, within 48 hours from the date of order, will be canceled.
The value for sending orders to Portugal is €6.
Exchanges and Returns
If you are not satisfied or if the size is not adequate, you have 15 days to exchange or return the items you want, as long as they are in perfect condition and still with the respective tags.
Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to defective items.
Returns will be made using the same payment method.
To make your exchange or return, you must send an email to xxxxxxxxxx indicating the item(s) you want to exchange or return and for what reason.
You can choose the following payment methods:
– Bank Transfer (when selecting this payment method, you will receive an email with payment instructions (ACCOUNT, IBAN, AMOUNT and Order No.));
– Paypal (when selecting this payment method, you will be sent to the Paypal page to proceed with the payment);
– Multibanco Reference (if you choose this method, you will receive a reference to be able to make the payment). Upon receipt of the reference, if you do not make payment within 48 hours, your order will be automatically canceled.
